TOKYO BANANA MOCHIFUWA is made from Japanese rice flour, making it gluten-free(*1). The name MOCHIFUWA comes from the fact that this tasty treat is both mochimochi (moist and springy) and fuwafuwa (soft and fluffy). The delicious flavor is complimented with cute rabbit designs.
Furthermore, we are helping to reduce food loss by using "Mottainai Banana(*2)" from Dole Japan, Inc.
